Tonight's episode was okay...seems like it was really just one of those piece moving episodes setting up plot for later down the line
it set up a lot...we've now got Moira facing the death penalty...Moira with a deeper secret...Black Canary's storyline twisted in with a mention of Ra's Al Guhl setting up what will likely be a feature big villain for the season...maybe this season depending on how fast they want to move that plot
plus the island stuff continues to be one of the most interesting things on the show...I'm not sure where they're going now he's on prison on some sort of boat
so...yeah the main story wasn't great this week...but the groundwork is being laid for some real interesting shyt in the future.

Another dope episode. 
One thing that bothered me this episode. Quentin talked to Felicity on the phone, Arrow kept saying her name, they used her as a decoy and Oliver's body guard was also there. And you mean to tell me he can't put 2 and 2 together and figure out that Oliver is the Arrow?

I'm glad that Laurel realized she was really mad at herself, hopefully this ends her crusade against The Arrow.
