Also with Earth 2 gone, doesn't that mean Jesse Quick & the E2 Wells are gone too?

In 2019, when Oliver Queen and John Diggle visited the universe from Earth-1 as a part of Oliver's mission with The Monitor, an antimatter wave arrived and vaporized the entire universe leaving the fate of most residents unknown. The only known survivors of this Earth are Shay Lamden, Linda Park, and Laurel Lance.

Remember Black Siren/Laurel was originally a Flash villain they ran into on Earth-2

They need to stick to one version of Wells. Hopefully we get only one version of everyone after the Crisis is over.

Jesse Quick is on Earth 3 taking up the mantle for Jay Garrick (God friended me). No clue where that Harrison Wells is/was at the time of Earth-2’s destruction.

Earth 2 is gone as are Wells and Jesse until proven otherwise. When Flash saw Garrick and his wife that map he showed had Earth 2 as the next target and that's exactly what happened.
