The thing about Kilmongers plan too is that it was doomed to fail from jump, at least with the way he was gong about it. Dude was gonna have his spies start wars in Hong Kong, New York and London. Starting a straight up war is unwise in this universe as the avengers still exist. Wakandians start attacking New York and they'll have trouble with Vision alone as he's entirely made of Vibranium. Then Doctor Strange apparently doesn't just deal with mystical threats anymore so wakandians would have to deal with 2 magic sanctums.
It's just a bad move.
He should've played it like Hydra. Those fukks planted themselves trying to take over with different methods like gaining political advancements and brainwashing because they realized that trying to take the world by force doesn't work.

T'Challa's plot shield wouldn't let that happen. A realistic Killmonger would have slit T'Challa's throat infront of his people to send a message.
shyt a realistic T'Challa would've followed along with Kilmongers plan but did it smarter.
In the comics T'Challa doesn't just have spies in almost every country he has subs surrounding them in case they wanna pop off and start a war. In the mcu they should've made him the same way. Have him reach out with other black people and share their technology and knowledge like they're doing now but also simultaneously plant mechs n stuff in case white people try to start a race war or some other shyt.
. Other's thought Wakanda owed it to the world to help everyone, I knew black folks would be the only ones to understand the real message in this film. T'Challa opening the Wakanda outreach program in Oakland was more important than his UN announcement.
