Re-Destro is a dope villain. Being a CEO for a major company is perfect for his quirk.
Few questions for anybody who knows -
Is the movie worth watching, and if so should I wait until I'm caught up to watch it? I'm like 2/3rds of the way through Season 3 at this point, they're taking the exam for the provisional license or whatever.
Also, once I'm caught up on the anime, what chapter should I pick up the manga?

Caught up on the anime. Now...should I just hop right into the manga or try to wait for Season 4? 
Enjoying the series. Midorya is kind of melodramatic and overemotional but still a pretty good main character. Will probably check out the movie, mainly because I want to see more about All Might.
If there's one thing I think the series could probably improve on it's the villains. They're interesting characters but most of them aren't really fleshed out. I'm not really sure what even motivates most of them other than just hating on All Might.
