Honestly breh is spinning his wheels at this point trying to figure a way out of the corner he's written himself into. Shiga was ridiculous after that Stars and Stripes fight, it's just gotten worse since then. Deku is just a 2D walking plot device.

The side characters are the most intriguing thing in this series.

I think. There's incremental speed changes with the gears. It just felt kind of redundant, and not really game changer like Float, Blackwhip, Smokescreen, Danger Sense. If it's like a momentum quirk and he can slow things down as well as speed them up, that would be cool.

Yeah, she was the absolute definition of broken and the best he could do was that weak ass conclusion. To be perfectly honest, with her ability she should have washed him like 2 chapters prior.

It's been a weird spiral since with a few bright points. He can get the landing right but I don't know if he's got the foresight to pull it off. There's enough unexplored loose ends, like the quirk evolution that could provide a satisfying end but will he do it?
