I'm not concerned I recently switched to a new routine a strength after a week or 3 I'll be sight.

I'm no expert but I don't think sleep average is helping me. :francis:

I can sleep for four hours one day then like twelve hours the next night but I don't think that counts as 8 hours sleep.

Maybe I lose more by sleeping 12 hours tho. :troll:

Everybody in my house eats like crap :mjcry: nothing but snacks in the kitchen right now.

Everytime I go in there, I wanna snatch up a brownie.

When you can't decide whether to go to the gym or catch up on some sleep. Got five and a half hours and only woke up cuz I had to use the bathroom. I gotta go to sleep earlier..Gonna be getting less sleep tonight actually. But I likely won't hit up the gym until Monday. I think I'll go today before work, and do just abs and light cardio, since I start earlier than usual and gonna do plenty of walking anyways. Not trying to do too much. I'll get more sleep on Saturday.

I skipped the last two days because of schedule. Kept my eating in check so it's not an issue.
