good special which I think is where most of his Netflix specials land. Like others noted, Dave is a master storyteller which is what he has decided to base the foundation of his specials on now, which means he is going for more poignant than funny which will turn some folks off. I don't have a problem with it because I've always enjoyed For What It's Worth over Killin Em Softly. I'll also say I thought Dave was more energized and his voice sounded better this time around.

What I think hurts these specials isn't the controversial jokes but that there on Netflix. A year from now I probably can't go on Youtube and watch that LGBT car ride jokes but I will be able to watch "he hung up pictures of himself in the house Johnson".

Best jokes were LGBT car ride, Juicy Smollet, white heroin addicts :russ:

Thought it was pretty good. Better than the very first one he did for Netflix.

I know them computers are putin for that LGBTQ car ride though :heh:
they can't touch him. they tried last time

Dave isn't Kevin Hart and he isn't in the inner circle of hollywood... he orbits it and does his own thing plus he has famously said he won't apologize for jokes. So fake outrage culture has nothing to feed on here :heh:

Dave gives no fukks :russ:

I enjoyed this as much or more than the rest of his Netflix specials, there was only one out of the 5 that I didn’t like and even that one was okay

Dave is the goat to me. He’s the only stand up comic right now that I want to rewatch his specials. Most specials that I watch these days I have no urge to ever watch them again. I always watch Dave’s at least 2 times sometimes more

Dave has the most replayability out of any comic I have seen.

I think that’s what gives his specials so much replay value.

There are layers to his shyt.

I can’t tell you how many times I have watched For What it’s Worth, Age of Spin, Equanimity and Bird Revelation.
