The rocket only took his shield and part of his health and he didn't shoot him again before the special attack happened

Same exact shyt woulda happened with the other classes specials too

Heavy weapons aren't guaranteed one hit. There's also stipulations for extra shields etc. depending on how it's specced. For instance if Im sprinting with mine I have a whole extra shield up

If anything the hunters going invisible, having a teleport, a one hit kill knife motion that can be used more than once in succession and an extra shield is the unbalanced one

IDK... I was thinking on the lines of... you only get a week to complete Raids and then after that they remove it and put something else up. I don't know though

Every week your progress on the raid resets. This is so you can rerun the raid and get more loot from it.

Yea you need to run the raid in order to get raid legendary armor to hit level cap. I think you can only hit level 29 with regular legendaries + an exotic piece.

The game definitely isn't the same playing solo. Playing by yourself on this shyt is definitely average. But playing with brehs is where it's at with this.

I'm still balls deep in Diablo 3 right now. Love that shyt.

Destiny Bug Makes It Impossible For Players To Level Up And How To Avoid It

Some players in Destiny may find it impossible for them to level up past a certain point because of a bugged material, needed for upgrading legendary armor (which increases the Light level and thus increasing the character’s level).

I’m talking about Ascendant Motes. Luckily, this only affects Hunters who bought armor from the Future War Cult faction. It appears that, in order to upgrade the respective pieces of armor, you need Ascendant Motes. No, not Shards,but Motes. Nobody found such materials so they were thought as being extremely rare.

But a Bungie dev confirmed on reddit that this is actually a bug in the system and there are no such things as Ascendant Motes. So until Bungie releases a patch to fix this, those with FWC armor are unable to level up their characters. If you are reading this and are still at low level Hunter – don’t buy armor from the Future War Cult vendor! Chances are you will get a bugged piece and will have to wait for Bungie to fix it.

So for those unlucky Hunters with FWC armor (that includes me): don’t lose hope. Bungie is on it and we can soon take our characters to the next level.

Players who have dug deep into Destiny‘s source code have reportedly discovered a new competitive multiplayer playlist, known only as “Trials of Osiris.”

“Trials of Osiris” will purportedly take place on Mercury, which is a planet that has not yet been explored in regards to Destiny‘s story.

“Trials of Osiris” will consist of a 3 vs. 3 Skirmish mode.

Destiny‘s “Trials of Osiris” description is as follows:

“Trials of Osiris (Skirmish): 3v3. You have caught the eye of Osiris. Venture to Mercury and prove yourself as one of the Crucible’s elite. Only the worthy may face the Trials of Osiris, for only the worthy are strong enough to endure what is to come. A string of victories will earn great rewards – but lose three times and you’re out.”



Additionally, it appears that “Trials of Osiris'” map and playlist will only be available to access by earning a Tournament Ticket, which is a rare item drop that is acquired through scoring wins in the Destiny‘s Crucible mode.

The Tournament Ticket will provide players access to the new “Trials of Osiris” playlist on Mercury, but only for the first 3 defeats, seeing as access to “Trials of Osiris'” PvP playlist is lost after that.

Players hoping to regain access to the PvP playlist must once again earn a new Tournament Ticket. Furthermore, gamers who survive longer in “Trials of Osiris” without being kicked out can expect to receive better, higher rewards in the game.

Yo I knew something was up with this. I have the guantlets and armor from FWC so I was looking at my inventory like maybe I'll have to trade my Ascendant shards for Ascendant Motes at some point. They better get on this fix. my FWC is rank 2 and like 1900/2500 for rank 3

it's just your progress....they reset it every tuesday....the raid will still be there....
