An aspect of the game they have not addressed/fixed at all and it's almost game-breaking for me. AI response to a loose ball. I can't tell you how many times there's been a loose ball that my player can EASILY get to before the opposing team but they immediately back-pedal and retreat to defend. It was one of my biggest frustrations in FIFA 12 and it's continuing to be my biggest frustration on FIFA 13.

By the way, World Class doesn't even feel fair, I honestly feel like the game's results are predetermined. There are some games where no matter what I do, I cannot prevent them from attacking and scoring. Other games they never get a sniff at my goal, and it's not like it depends on the team I'm playing against. I played the worst team in the French league in a game in my career mode and they did whatever they wanted, there was nothing I could do to defend them. I have a serious love/hate relationship with this game right now.

As a pure football game (as in the game play on the pitch) PES is better than Fifa, but unfortunately that's where it ends, the overall product (presentation, game modes etc) is nowhere near what a game should be in 2012, but if all you are looking for is games against the CPU and manager mode, then yes I would recommend PES.

Hmmmm. Really all I am looking for is games against the cpu and a manager or be a pro type mode. So I Guess I'll give PES a shot then. Thanks for the advice!

I feel you on this one
Sometimes I think that the more you win, the more extreme the opponent's level tend to be (not even depending on their own). In Career mode, sometimes I have a 4/5 matches non-loss streak and on the next one, the opponent is damn near unplayable ! Playing like Barca when they just 2* teams and 19th on my league
Then I lost and the next team's level seems to be lower...

This all depends on your defense set up. Do you play man? do u play zone? pressed? deep? If you play pressed and man D,you're gonna get a better response from your defender on loose balls. You play deep or zone,they gonna ignore whats happening around the ball and play where u told them to be...

While adjusting those things may affect how your players attack loose balls, it's still poor AI. In soccer, I don't care what system your team is playing, if you can get to a loose ball first, you get there first. By the way, good luck finding teams that don't defend zonally anymore, every competent team out there does. Oh, and I have a decent understanding of this sport, I was an all-American in it in college and am currently the assistant coach for a team that is ranked in the top 20 in the country.

Anyone else have this problem where the computer will make a pass whilst your dribbling or will do a sliding challenge without your knowledge, annoying as hell.
