Only team to light up the Bears defense this year was the Eagles

Plus Fangio has done more with less than any of those guys you mentioned sans Bowles and the Jets are a bottom 10 defense this year. Hell, Fangio has the Bears defense ranking higher than the Chargers and Rams as well despite having 0 pro bowlers/all pros to work with.

I'll give you schwartz for the time being, the other 3 are debatable.

over half of the coaches are garbage and have been garbage for years now. coaches basically get reshuffled in the league instead of demoted.

Fangio is a fantastic d-cord, I'm just not sure he's hc material especially on a team with a young qb
