Based on how they set his character up, he really shouldn't. He didn't even want to be King of the North. But I don't see why they would bother letting him find out if it's not going to be a plot point. I think Sansa or someone else on the North side will find out and pressure him to take his rightful place.

Aegon was conquering individual kingdoms, it's not comparable. Those Kings bent the knee or died and were replaced by folks who bent, but the conflict was over in those kingdoms. If Dany had offered this to Cersei it would be comparable.

Dany already said why she didn't take prisoners. She is a new conquering force in Westeros. Everyone that doesn't want to bend the knee will run to the option of being a prisoner.

So again what exactly is Tyrion opposed to here? I already covered that Dany wasn't taking prisoners, I covered erasing whole houses, and I covered the method of execution. What am I missing here? Dany asked dude three times to kneel. She even gave him the option after he insulted her by claiming she had no connection to Westeros, called her a foreign invader, and called her Dothraki savages. She then even seems open to Tyrion's idea of sending dude to the wall. She gave him mad chances and he turned them down.
