Wheres this myth they dont do water coming from?

In the episode where bran found the 3 eyed ravens tree in the north, wights were crawling up throuhh the snow and ice.

If they can survive in ice, why not water?

Dany being queen is debatable. Ned's authority was recognized and by that token it was known by the offender he would be the one doing the deed so you can't hate. Winterfell didn't have an executioner.

On top of that Ned taught Jon to do his own dirt. Dany siccing dragons on folks. That's not how we get down on the north side of town :hhh:
