I still cant figure out why Bran is so soulless, even the previous Three Eyed Raven displayed emotion multiple times and better at conversation and he was Three Eyed Raven for awhile.. Bran is only Three Eyed Raven for a short bit (since the previous death) and hes completely soulless and horrible at communication... feels rushed.



before anyone says that "it feels like he died in that cave that day", the Three Eyed Raven seen way worse over time than that and he still was almost a normal person who just had special powers

I would think it's because the previous 3 eyed raven had time to acclimate while even thing the Bran is new. He probably needs time to adjust. Also it's probably a coping mechanism for all of the trama he had to endure and also see his family endure
