So now you reading the Night kings mind Bran?Wasn't some warrior? Did you miss that nikka effortlessly catching Theon's lance, snapping that shyt and stabbing him with it in one swoop? Arya, the super assassin who apparently somehow has the best hands in Westeros, instant transmissioned behind him and dude had the quickness and reflexes to turn around and catch that bytch by the neck and knife hand. They were clearly trying to portray that he could throw down if needed. He walked away from the Jon smoke because he didn't feel he was worth his time, not because he was shook. Yall can't seriously believe a nikka that just walked down the biggest dragon in existence was shook of Jon's bytch ass. Dude went from casually one shotting dragons from 1000s of ft away with a damn icicle, to getting dropped by a little girl with a butterknife in the span of 4 episodes![]()
He's a fukking warrior because he caught a knife, but not warrior enough to block her other hand?
first time he ever touched his sword he got murked. shyt, Sam coulda murked himso they dont like entire series? because all of those have trumped the magic shyt for quite some timeDoes anyone else listen to The Ringer's Game of Thrones podcast? They kept it civil on why they didn't like the episode. They brought up how it seems like the showrunners are more focused on the family/politics/Iron Throne as opposed to the mystique/magic of the story. It's a pretty good listen.

we all thought it was building up to the last season.
the red comet, WW, fire vs ice (which will most likely just mean dany vs jon), lord of light, red priestesses, the visions, magic getting stronger, warlocks, dragons, long night etc.
but it all just lead to a battle which probably lasted from 10pm to 3am.
it's like walking into a high class whorehouse and realising you brought advil with you instead of viagra. the experience will be okay but it would have been much better.
I think most people initial reaction to the episode was positive due to the hype, visuals and often suspense.
I think the next day after all that went away majority, not minority, of people were kinda on some“you know now i think bout it, it was a lot of dumb shyt in that episode”
My favorite so far? So if the red witch doesnt show up, the original plan was for the dothraki to ride into that battle, with no light at all?
Like I said earlier. Its ok to think its entertaining. But its also ok to think the show is poorly written now.
I think most are upset because it went from one extreme to the other. Went from one of the best written shows of all time to now a comical version of that

Yeah bruh. It’s like after the initial shine wore off, everyone (save for diehard stans) is like “wtf was that shyt?!?”![]()

Except the Iron throne/family/politics is what the show is about
People disgruntled with the quick demise of the NK/WW last episode need to stop acting like that their werent filler for the most part
Never gave a shyt about them and the 3 eyed raven garbage
So glad that it is back to the battle of the mortals now fighting for the iron throne![]()

In the inside the show BTS deal, she makes reference to this being the moment for Arya, this being her ultimate purpose, something along those lines. Pretty sure she's done for. She's my favorite character on the show along with prior seasons Varys and Tyrion, so, yeah. It's over.![]()
