I feel like the show has done enough to show that Jamie is beast mode.

Cersei : Joffrey is only 17.....

Tyrion : Remember when Jamie used to slay niccas when he was 17?.....

And Ned Stark was clearly the "star" of season one. Had first billing (Which means a lot in tv land), was arguably the biggest name involved (Trevelyan AND Boromir?) was clearly the anchor of the show....this is what made his death so to non-book readers.

I finally watched the episode last night... that was some epic shyt for a TV show

Some of the time it was hard for me to tell who was who, because they shot it in the dark. Plus, they kept showing people that I didnt care about. I was kind of hoping it would build up to something huge at the end of the episode with Stannis or something. But, that's all just nitpicking.
