I don't think it's a wise move. Rather than wasting her time battling for votes in another election she should be building a bigger coalition and trying to make shyt happen in the House. Reps with profiles as big as hers don't need to be Senators. If she moves into the Senate she'll just be 1 senator and quite possibly in the minority, but if she stays in the House then by 2030 or so the demographics will be at the point that she could wield serious power.
