But Biden also won flipped Arizona, which is full of Latinos with very few Black voters. So his explanation seems a bit insufficient.

I think Biden flipped Arizona because of McCain. Cindy McCain did a pretty good job speaking out against Trump shytting on John & endorsing Biden by bringing up his relationship with their family.
