Official Impeachment: American Crime Story Thread

I was a kid when he was president, and grew up in a liberal home, so the narrative to me growing up is that Bill was a good president that helped the economy, did have strong principles, but had a massive weakness for p*ssy (but all consensual affairs). And this show is portraying him as a man that seems fairly honorable and cares about the presidency and (at least wanting) to be a good man.

I didn't find out until the Trump vs Hillary race that Bill had as many harassment or even rape accusations as he did. And then during the Trump vs Biden race I heard more about the crime bill that Bill authored, NAFTA, etc.

I'm assuming his presidency isn't as revered now as it was when he left office? I definitely remember during W Bush's presidency that people seemed to miss Bill, and I even heard quotes from a handful of people that "if Bill could run for president every time, he'd keep winning" and I definitely remember his approval rating improved after his impeachment trial.

I'm definitely going to try and dig and see more about how effective he was as president. Certainly he had to have been a better alternative than H Bush and Dole.

At the same time, I remember growing up that it was really huge for politicians to not look soft on crime. The death penalty was a staple of presidential debates (and no one really seems to care now). I sort of doubt that a harsh crime bill like that would be authored by a Democrat in today's climate.

I think democrats have to mainly deal with what ever is the mainstream issue of the time. 90s had tons of crime issues hence Bill is intertwined with the crime bill. Obama came along with gay rights was the hot point issue. Since transexuals, BLM and equal rights is the main issues today that's gotta be Biden's cross to deal with and legacy along with the Afganistan debacle.

I remember years ago I used to hear dudes say that they don't like getting head from women because they can't cum from it and they deem it a waste of time so it just p*ssy only. My bad breh, I'm late getting through the thread. The guy in my friend circle growing up that had the most natural game (he was just a natural ladies man) without having to really think about it, or have some bad experiences to set him straight...he put a high premium on friendships with women along with the sex. In fact, he ended up being a serial cheater, and his wife (who was his high school sweetheart) is divorcing him as of a few months ago. He had entire side relationships instead of just smashing and running. I think he really got off on the extra emotional/friendship connection.

I've noticed this can be a trend among guys that naturally have some game without having to learn it. I ended up in the friendzone a few times, and had to learn the hard way. And I think it's like that for a lot of guys. But for guys like Bill Clinton that didn't have to work to get p*ssy...it's easier for me to see why they'd put a higher premium on female friendships and having female confidants, etc. Because they're less likely to lose out on sexual opportunities despite valuing those things.
