I literally have no issue with this show. That friendly neighborhood spiderman show and daredevil are trash. Invincible is cold.

This episode was aight. I feel like the season finales from the past 2 seasons were much better for some reason. I did like Conquest’s monologues. Jeffrey Dean Morgan is really good at those

Conquest’s monologue as well as Mark’s mother’s concern are the reasons why this show is so good. Those nuances are needed to add perspective that they aren’t just heroes and villains fighting.

Great episode, amazing season, bring on season 4, let’s fukking go.

Debbie is easily one of the best characters in this show, along with Cecil. Essentially, everything isn't black & white. Though all of this shyt, she raised Oliver just of the fact she was Mark's brother. She had every reason to not and let Cecil handle him. The guilt she feels for giving birth to Mark is a very delicate matter because no loving parent.

Cecil keeping Conquest alive is very aligned with his character. But the idea of being able to interrogate Conquest just seems foreign to me. Then again, I thought he considered using him as an ally,

DBS super was on a weekly schedule pumping out episodes like it was prime south park. Invincible is taking damn near two years to pump out 8 episodes. Characters are hardly on model, the flat 2 two tone shading, using editing software to do secondary animation. I thought mark was flying after beating conquest but dude was just breathing heavily. that funeral scene had them all posed like they were from a character sheet.

Half the time it feels like they animate fight scenes on 2s and 4s instead of 3s and they lack impact. That great animation youre talking about is just keyframes, DBS had the same problem but when Toei needed to put in work they did, like the finale of Goku and Kale.

2D animation quality worldwide has been declining for almost a decade now. We've just begun to accept mediocrity. Look at something like the boondocks and tell me that invincible’s animation can stand up to it.

It's more they try to push out too much animated stuff, especially anime these days. There are like up to 300 that are made per year. Quality is bound to drop if you push so much quantity out.

The really good animated stuff within the past year: Frieren, Dandadan, Castlevania and more has been improving. It just there is way way too much mid and it is like 90% of animated works.

In S1 we had Mark's fight with his father. In S2 we had what, we thought, was Mark's first kill. These were big moments that had a huge impact. Much of this season focused on Mark's willing to kill, but it was dragged out so much. Honestly the Oniman episode was my favorite by far for me from this season.

This last episode was great. Outside of the finale I was disappointed with this season overall. The pacing was off. The multiverse Invincibles episode was a waste because they sped through it. I’ll still be locked in for the next season though.

Animation is better than like 90% of dragonball super, and this shyt has a yearly turn around now. some of yall are just picky.

Even if it wasn’t better than super, them people get paid slave wages, and live in they lil ass cubicles eating ramen noodles 3 times a day. I’m a lil closer to this type stuff so, I’ll take dips in quality, over amazing animation while people getting abused just so some people online can get giddy over smoother animation. while overlooking good story telling and character development.
