I really hope this animation was just quickly put together for the sake of the trailer because I’m not impressed :scust:

They spend all their money on voice acting and the soundtrack :snoop:

Maybe that’ll change :lupe:

Kirkman saves most of the animation budget for the big set piece action scenes, and saves money on scenes where it isn’t necessary. It’s feast or famine

What big set pieces bruh, that conquest fight was ass. :skip:

Could barely stay on model and shyt animated on 4s or 5s. Strong key poses with AE filters are not animation. The industry in general these days is shyt,

You have animators who grew up on anime that ignore all the principles for just :gladbron: scenes.

You might be more of an animation head than me, I thought the fight scenes and brutality were pretty well animated. But I also feel like I’m willing to overlook cosmetic stuff when the story is as good as I find it to be too.

Naw they clearly up the budget for some fights, but these nikkas think the animation in dbz super is high tier :francis:

I agree 100%. You spending this type of bread on an episode it better be the most cutting edge shyt ever done. Last season's animation especially for Conquest was a major letdown IMO and it's getting progressively worse each season.
