The way they have failed to protect their scientists made me think they was dummies.

Definitely not dumb, just caught very off guard. They went to turn on their defense systems and found out half of em weren't turning on because Mossad had already fukked their shyt up.

Can't fix nothing if it's legit sabotaged and fighter jets are already screaming towards you :wow:

Can someone explain why Israel attacked before this deal could go through? They were going to give up their highly enriched stockpiles and commit to only enrich at the levels needed for civilian use? And now this guy was killed :picard:

They don't want Iran to have ANYTHING. Iran was iffy about it because having nuclear energy means people don't fukk with you too much in the modern world.

Israel said fukk that, we can't take a chance that Iran does build a nuclear weapon and try to kill us.

What’s the White House’s thinking on the Israel-Iran conflict?

Reporting from Washington, DC, US
Well, there’s no question that US President Trump did, in fact, campaign on being less interventionist.
He said that he wants to see an end to the ‘forever wars’, and that’s what his supporters want as well. But the problem is, the president is a member of the Republican Party that typically, particularly among the older generations, has been very hawkish.
There’s a faction known as the neoconservatives, or neo-cons, that are very much interventionist in nature. And as a result, the US president is finding himself in the midst of a bit of a schism in the political party.
And so, what we know is that the US president, both privately as well as publicly, has urged Israel not to attack Iran while there was still the prospect of negotiations to limit Iran’s nuclear programme, but the US watched as the rest of the world did, as Israel struck on the 61st day after that 60-day deadline for making an agreement that Trump put forward.
So the US president now, as he expressed to the Russian president in a phone call earlier today, said that he is committed to trying to find diplomacy and that the US mediators are ready to work with Iran at any time.
The problem is in the midst of all of this, that we know Iran is not willing to do that. So, that is the conundrum that the US president finds himself in.

Houthis launch a second wave of attacks on Israel

Reporting from Amman, Jordan
Al Jazeera is reporting from Jordan because the network has been banned in Israel and the occupied West Bank.
These latest wave of attacks overnight, from Saturday into Sunday, sent Israelis running to their bomb shelters repeatedly.
This time, Israel says that the missiles are coming not only from Iran, but also from Yemen, from the Houthis.
Now this is the second time the Houthis have done this in this latest wave of attacks.
They carried out a first missile launch on Tuesday. They said they launched two missiles, and in response, Israel bombed the Hodeidah port, which is held by the Houthis in Yemen.
The Houthis say that they’re involved in these attacks on Israel out of solidarity for the Palestinians, following the start of the war on Gaza. There was a pause in Houthi attacks that launched drones and missiles previously to Israel when there was a cease fire back in March, but as soon as Israel broke the cease fire, the Houthis started launching missiles again. They are Iranian supported group in Yemen.
Now, if military installations have been hit, we wouldn’t hear about it, because there is military censorship in Israel. So we only hear if Iranian missiles have gotten through Israel’s Iron Dome and hit civilian targets. And we’ve seen that happen in both Tel Aviv and in Haifa.

Iran says it used new maneuverable ballistic missile in latest strikes on Israel

Iran says it has used its new kind of ballistic missile in the latest strikes on Israel.

According to the state-affiliated FARS news agency, Israel was hit with the Haj Qassem guided ballistic missile during a wave of strikes overnight into Sunday.

Iranian Defense Minister Gen. Aziz Nasirzadeh told Iranian TV on May 4 that the new missile would be able to get past defenses such as the US military’s Terminal High Altitude Defense (THAAD), which has been deployed to Israel, as well as Patriot missile defenses and others that Israel employs.

Iran unveiled the missile in early May, saying it is solid-fueled, has a range of 1,200 kilometers and is equipped with a maneuverable warhead that can penetrate missile-defense systems, according to Iran’s Tasnim news agency.
“The new ballistic missile is also equipped with an advanced navigation system that allows it to hit targets precisely and counter electronic warfare,” Tasnim reported in early May.

The missile is named after Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds force, the special operations unit of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, who was killed in a US attack in Iraq during President Donald Trump’s first term.

Idk If true but they saying they shot down an F35. if true, that's huge and the usgov is going to be panicking.

Breh, they saying two with fries.

How Iran Brought Down the Stealth Fighters

In an official statement released by the Iranian Army’s Public Relations Office, it was confirmed that two F-35 fighter jets were successfully shot down during the early Friday attack. Along with the jets, several drones belonging to Israel were also destroyed.

Iran’s air defense system played a key role in this event. While the details of how exactly the jets were detected and targeted remain classified, the success suggests that Iran has made major improvements in its radar and missile technology. Taking down a fifth-generation stealth aircraft is not easy. These jets are specifically built to avoid detection by traditional radar systems.

Despite their advanced design and technology, the two Israeli jets could not escape Iran’s growing air defense network. The fact that they were shot down shows that Iran has possibly developed new methods or used advanced tracking systems that can spot and target stealth aircraft.

Historic Warning from Qom: Red Flag Over Mosque After F-35 Strikes Rock Iran

As of now, the fate of the pilots who were flying the F-35 jets remains unknown. Iranian officials have stated that an investigation is ongoing, and more information will be provided in the future.

This development has sent shockwaves through military experts worldwide. It challenges long-held beliefs about the F-35’s invincibility and raises questions about how future air battles might look in a world where stealth is no longer a guaranteed shield.

This moment has now entered the record books as the first time ever that a country has managed to shoot down fifth-generation stealth fighters during a live conflict. It also represents a serious setback for Israel’s military and its defense partners, especially considering the cost and strategic value of each F-35 jet.
