No, Iran has been enriching uranium as extremely high levels. Almost fifteen times higher than needed if they want to use it for energy.

Israel and countries in the Middle East don't get the fortune of waiting to see if Iran develops a nuclear weapons and decides to use it. It's easy to armchair from countries that Iran would have a tough time touching.
