Sir once upon a time I was in the Navy, so I might have a little familiarity with the fleets. What China would gain is getting America away from that specific geographic region near China. America would still be in South Korea and Japan, but China would buy more space.
Still doesn’t explain how China would accomplish the largest amphibious invasion in history. Never mind having to contend with the US pacific command they would also be fighting the Japan who has a near peer navy on their own

China, the world’s largest oil importer, has become highly dependent on Gulf oil, which accounted for over 50 percent of China’s imports in the first quarter of 2022. In 2021, China imported a staggering $128 billion worth of crude oil from countries in the Gulf near the Strait of Hormuz, three times more than the United States and European Union (EU) combined.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration has estimated that 76 percent of the crude oil and condensatethat passed through the strait in 2018 went to Asian markets. China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore were the main destinations, accounting for 65 percent of all oil shipped through the strait that year. In contrast, the United States imported around 1.4 mbpd of oil through the Strait of Hormuz in 2018, accounting for about 18 percent of total U.S. crude oil imports.

China relies more on the strait than we do. It’s be like shooting themselves in the head twice. :mjlol:

War is defined as a state of armed conflict between different nations or states or different groups within a nation or state.

Engaging in a military action against a country's nuclear weapons program, such as attacking a facility, could be considered an act of war, even without a formal declaration of war.

Trump hits out at 'pathetic' Republican over Iran criticism

Donald Trump has called out Republican Thomas Massie for suggesting the US strikes on Iran yesterday were unconstitutional.
The US president said Massie was a "simple-minded grandstander" on Truth Social, calling him a "pathetic LOSER", "disrespectful to our great military" and "weak".
Massie is part of a small minority within Trump's party to go against his strikes on Iran. Some Democrats have called for the president to be impeached after taking part in military action without approval from Congress.

Science and technology in Israel is one of the country's most developed sectors. Israel spent 4.3% of its gross domestic product (GDP) on civil research and development in 2015, the highest ratio in the world.[1] In 2019, Israel was ranked the world's fifth most innovative country by the Bloomberg Innovation Index.[2] It ranks thirteenth in the world for scientific output as measured by the number of scientific publications per million citizens.[3] In 2014, Israel's share of scientific articles published worldwide (0.9%) was nine times higher than its share of the global population (0.1%).

You should take over Irans intelligence services, I heard they have openings.
I think he's talking about the broad population not the specialized fields with like 5% of the population

US 'must receive response for their aggression' - Iranian president

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian says the US "must receive a response for their aggression" after a phone call with French President Emmanuel Macron.
In a statement released on the Iranian presidency's website, Pezeshkian says Iran has been "subjected to military aggression" and has "defended ourselves steadfastly".
"We have always stated that we are ready to engage and negotiate within the framework of international law, but instead of accepting logic, the other side has demanded the surrender of the Iranian nation," he says.
Pezeshkian adds: "Our nation will never surrender to bullying and oppression, and it is natural that it will respond appropriately to aggression."
