The Israeli army says people should leave an area of the Iranian capital it identified as District 7.
“In the coming hours, the [Israeli] military will operate in the area to attack military infrastructure belonging to the regime,” Avichay Adraee, the Arabic spokesperson of the Israeli army, said on X.
The tactic echoes forced evacuation orders Israel has previously issued in Lebanon and continues to use in Gaza.

Iran considers suspending cooperation with IAEA
In parliament, “we are seeking to pass a bill to suspend Iran’s cooperation with the IAEA”, according to a post on X by speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf.
He has accused the UN’s nuclear watchdog of lacking objectivity and professionalism.
The IAEA in June adopted a resolution condemning Tehran’s failure to cooperate with the agency with regard to its nuclear programme.

Palestinian teenager succumbs to wounds after being shot by Israeli forces
The Palestinian Health Ministry has confirmed the killing of 13-year-old Ammar Moataz Hamayel, who succumbed to his wounds after being shot by Israeli forces near the town of Kafr Malek, northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli troops reportedly opened fire at the boy earlier in the evening and detained him for a period before handing him over to a Palestinian ambulance.
He was transferred to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, where he was later pronounced dead, Wafa news agency reported.
