Both Algieri/Chino are B level fighters. End of story. Neither is leagues above the other.

Maidana is a 2x Champion and fought a much more competitive fight in BOTH fights against the best fighter of this era than Algieri did in getting easily dominated and embarrassed against not even the best fighter at 147.
