@spliz have you listened to Havoc’s Drink Champs interview in full yet? He gave Nas a lot of props throughout the interview and in this particular case him not choosing Nas over LL Cool J makes sense exactly how I thought it would, he said that he looked up to LL like a superhero when he was young and even with all that he still said “both”.


Its a real good interview and Nore for ONCE didn’t cut Hav off or talk over him.


LES joined in the second half and confirmed Nas wrote a little bit on Gettin Jiggy Wit It and wrote the entirety of the title track Big Willy Style (which I always suspected)

He also blew Nore and EFN’s minds a little bit when he told them he produced Favor for A Favor and it had no samples.

Man, they way nikkas be talking about Nas need to get back in the booth with Preemo, Alc, Pete Rock is how I feel about LES. I'd lowkey be more excited than a Nas/LES album for a Nas/Preemo album. Dude has produced some of my favorite Nas joints.

Not sure if this was already posted but this interview with Gwiz is interesting - who knew Nas & Dame Dash met in 1991 way before Jay Z

It was “King Cobra” that he claimed AZ and Foxy called him.


And I never understood how AZ could ever feel so entitled to Nas when Nas literally GIFTED him a career, multiple features one of which got him his only Grammy nomination, created a group with him that resulted in the highest selling album of his career, etc.


All Nas has ever done is help AZ. AZ ain’t never helped Nas, he couldn’t even be a good friend to him in the movie Belly, and that was pretend lol.

I thought it would drop this month. That will be real short for the 3 last project to drop before the end of the year, but I think the big l one will have the less promotion and roll out since the artist is not here anymore. Maybe we'll have dela and big on november and nas and preem in december
