Was just saying this in this thread last week. It’s not just Jim’s dusty funky ass, a lot of people stopped jackin Nas when he got “enlightened”, so to speak. They wanted the ignorance, the drug dealer mafioso street shhit, they love it. It’s like people don’t understand the concept of “growing up” and what happens, mentally, during that process. These nigs want to live in Neverland forever
If you think about it there has always been an Anti-Nas sentiment in hip hop as soon as he emerged. Hip Hop has a love and hate relationship with him. He mixed street shyt with more enlightened, looking at life from a big picture from the beginning and then gradually leaned more and more to an enlightened perspective. Jay Z's whole angle on Nas "Smarten up Nas", "you trying to kick knowledge", "is it Oochie Wally or One Mic" was not coming from nowhere. Haters were speaking like this on Nas from the beginning.

It's because Nas is at a higher level, he knows arguing with a clown like Jimmy would just be lowering himself. It's like that old saying, don't play chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is gonna shyt on the board then strut around like it won. Jimmy's the pigeon in this scenario lol. Nas clearly has better shyt to do.

Also he said everything he had to say about that bum twenty years ago on Money Over Bullshyt - "If I give you the top five, you will not survive"

This is old just so you know. This was during the release of Hip Hop Is Dead. This was the interview where he also called out AZ for saying that he couldn’t get in contact with Nas and Nas was like “nikka I got like 5 numbers on you and their all disconnected!”

never knew he said that about az.. lol…. He must have been tired of never sharing his side and letting people say whatever…

Jordan does not speak on comments made by mario chalmers.

Its killing Jim, that Nas keeps ignoring him. They not in the same circle, not in the same league.

This disrespect by Jim, probably has been better for Nas lol. All the media heads going after Jim.

Jim jones too dumb to realise his reference point of his status vs Nas’ is based on his bubble/ echo chamber. So yeh in Jim Jones weird bubble on social media and crowds he’s in, in NY, he thinks he’s popping and doesn’t hear people talk about Nas. Without realising if he looked at the bigger picture Nas still way more relevant than him at a bigger scale.

You got his dumb fans talking ‘we’re talking 2003 onwards’. Ignoring the fact Nas’ Hit Boy run alone has better stats than Jim Jones ever has had.

I wish I could find it but I remember a few years back, Nas did an interview talkin bout he’s heard what Jimmy been doing lately and he’s going to get at him (alluding to collaborating). I know he never hit that fool :mjlol:

All giving Jimmy a feature would be is a waste of a good Nas verse :mjlol:

Yeah for added context somebody in the crowd asked him if he’d work with AZ again and he asked the crowd “Ya’ll love AZ?” And everybody cheered and he was like “Good. I’ma tell him that whenever I see him. I read in an article where he’s talking about he can’t get in touch with me. nikka I got like 5 numbers on you and none of them work!”

Somebody asked him about Wiz and he was like “Wiz is in the hood hanging out with a missing tooth. And God bless him, cause thats where he wants to be.”
