Im seeing a lot of people bytch about not being able to throw those ridiculous full court passes like in 2k

I was able to throw those ridiculous full court passes in the Cavs/Warriors game.

Kyrie is unstoppable in this game. I put up 33 points with him.

The animations in this live DEMO at times are good not great but then seem too fast. Robotic is the wrong word. The animations remind me of old Kung fu flicks when the action would get sped up suddenly to make it more exciting. It needs work but it's not trash at all.

I like the iso meta so far.

Ball movement is just way better than 2k...I can thread the needle when I see an opening. In 2k that ball is getting fukking stolen 90 percent of the time by anybody and everybody.

Overall I think EA is on the right track but this is probably not THE year they take back the crown. EA hopefully sticks to it and keep working...

Hmm thing is I think 2k is largely overrated in many aspects. It's pretty to look at but the gameplay has been meh for awhile. Most cat's run my player and cheese

2K vs Cpu with good sliders or in a sim league is a good time. The depth in gameplay, playbooks, and strategy that you can get into is there. 2K's problem is that doesn't translate to online and competitive play. They haven't created a skills gap that rewards ala fighting games and top shooters.

Live from what I played is the same clunky mess it's always been. It's for sure an improvement but I'm not really feeling it does anything good besides collisions and defense.

Played this for a couple hours and overall, I enjoyed it

Player movement isn't as fluid as it should be and the shooting is clumsy but other than that, I was pleased. They need to sort out the input lag when you play online because it's really noticeable when trying to shoot. I think I'll have a better idea of this when I get the ball handling down because it's definitely a lot harder to pull off moves compared to 2K. Defending players actually felt significant and I was able to shut down the typical zig-zag cheese. Layups are a bit too easy but I'm not complaining.

Presentation is A1 and the graphics are good. More importantly, you actually have to build up your player by playing and not cop out with the bullshyt VC packs. The online community on 2K got exponentially worse as soon as they started introducing micro-transactions.

Considering it's only £40, I'm gonna make the change this year. 2K has been pissing me off every year since 2K13 and I kept giving them my money so what's one year of giving it to EA?

I'm mashing turbo hoping the CPU take a charge but they never do. So I just keep mashing it til I'm in the paint for a easy score

If users can't take charges it's gonna be hell for online players

Ok, I've run a few games of Play Now with the Warriors and I've noticed that players don't run out the entire play when going through screens. There were a few occasions where Curry starts going through the motions so I begin to pass because I'm expecting him to go to his spot but then he just randomly stops half way.

Man this game legit on the street level and I don't understand the hate. They don't motion capture the animations hopefully this game sell so we can get that.
