From what I've read, they barely cleared him to do the stalling dropkick on KENTA. If he was getting cleared, after how insane that crowd went, it would probably have happened for that match.

No Hiromu after all. A Block looks like it will be entirely about Okada and Jay White with Ibushi getting redemption from WK. Only interesting match-up in B-Block is how they will play out KENTA vs EVIL, and maybe SANADA getting payback on EVIL for the NJ Cup semi-finals.
