i really liked it.. i thought the previews were HORRENDOUS and unfunny, but the great buzz from my favorite tv critics made me check it out.. and i liked it a lot. prolly cuz im a nerd.-it's not LOL funny but its nerd funny. the kind that makes you smirk

The show has a lot of promise. GoT, Silicon Valley, and Veep is a beastly Sunday lineup.

Apparently the guy playing Peter Gregory (the venture capitalist who wanted to to collab and drove that narrow-ass car) died last September.

Spoiler: For how many episodes Gregory is in

He filmed 8 episodes before he passed away from lung cancer.

My favorite part this episode was when dude was trying to pitch to Peter Gregory and then dropped "going back to college" in a sentence and Gregory was like ....................

I figure I'm going to watch it today after Kentucky starts blowing out UConn if someone doesn't talk me into going out to catch the game
It showed promise
I'm going to have to DVR it and watch it Mondays cause Sunday nights are for GoTs​

First ep was good. I actually work in Silicon Valley so some of the subtle things shown and mentioned had me dying.

• The ridiculous offices
• CEO's talking about f*k college as if the programmers and folks that have propelled their business didn't go to college
• Programmers and developers literally doing nothing on a daily basis

I take the ACE home everyday and I pass the stadium on a daily basis. I'm out in Sunnyvale area tho next to Juniper, Lockheed, and Yahoo.

Moved there from Downtown next to SJSU

Not sure how long I'm going to be here at this company tho
My career is in aviation and I just landed a Summer paid internship at United leading to a job come Fall
My internship is PT for now but I'm not sure how my bosses here is going to react to me having to adjust the schedule
Only thing working in my favor is that I have a position that will take sometime to train someone since there isn't anyone directly under me​

I know you feel me on the developers doing absolutely nothing on a daily basis. Breh, these dudes come strolling in at like 10am, then take a long lunch, then they go take a walk. I see these nikkas walking around the campus more than I see them in the building. When they showed all the developers just walking around and then the two brogrammers at work doing nothing, that shyt was SO on point.

Took the day off cause I got paperwork to take care of at SFO in the AM
But my folks works for ESPN and they have a open tab at a bar downtown for the game for clients
They got me on the list
Gonna be hammmmerrrrredddd as hell
And you know Giants games be lively
gonna look like a Saturday in SF tomorrow​

yeah, i really nejoyed this first episode, had me laughing and wanting to watch the second episode already lol.

sad to read that the actor passed away tho
