I thought it was a great episode, a couple of my own observations/theories:

Towards the end of the episode when Louie put her feet up on the table had a lot of symbolism to me, she really wants to FULLY be the queen fukk a "50/50", Also after Franklins rant when Jerome nodded at Louie made me think about this:

That krazy cokehead cop continues to ask for a drug bust, could Louie snitch on franklin, and become the point woman for Reed and would Reed allow it?
Either way I think Louie and/or Jerome will end up dead by seasons end because of Louie's stand against frank.

I don't know where they are going with the Alton story line but I dont believe he's dead. I also don't understand why they are making Reed a antagonist to frank so far this season. It has to be more to it and may be a twist.

Also after Franklins rant when Jerome nodded at Louie made me think about this:

Who is Franklin gonna move the product through? Yall underestimating why he needs Louie/Jerome and Leon - those are, as far we know, the only two operations he supplies, he killed the third org by killing Rob. I trust Louie to be able to find a Colombian plug - who have lower-priced bricks than Franklin - over Franklin being able to find new distro. They've already talked about how the Colombians have everyone else on lock, Frank wanted to be the distro and literally only has two buyers I'm pretty sure that doesn't work for what Reed needs

No the Colombians are only an issue on price because Franklin is entertaining Louie and Jerome. Leon isn’t complaining about prices

Just had the for the use of the "Can't gamble on feeding these damn babies off no dope money - might not always be sufficient" line' off 'SpottieOttieDopealicious'.

Between the samurai swords, bible verses and electro - Skully is like a character from a post apocalyptic cyberpunk movie

Off topic, I know, but since I read this line I can't get this out of my head

the money and movement isn't adding up

they can't move enough product with frank being a middle man and marking up the price. by the time he buys from reed, adds his markup, then louie/rome add their markup - their dealers can't price shyt competitively to move enough dope when competing orgs getting lower prices from the colombians. if frank can't move enough product, best case scenario is reed just finds a new man and frank and crew are SOL/stop making money...but the real case scenario is Reed finds a new man and kills Frank and crew. if louie them don't come back, Frank only stays alive by sacrificing his profit while louie and them can still make money or frank needs to become distro again - he doesn't want to do either so he needs them back

Makes sense for the most part. I still have a few doubts but I’ll let it play out

did you not hear frank say business slowed down? did you not hear louie and jerome tell him shyt aint moving because of prices? the Colombians are an issue because Frank is a middle man who can't get his product on the street at cost...frank does not want to be distribution, so what do you think his option is if he kills or cuts louie out?

ETA: and if i remember correctly, Lee only runs the PJs, he wasn't down with all that expansion shyt, so he doesn't have to compete against other crews

Franklin buying it for ten. He sells it to Louie for 11. She sells it to Skully for 12. Skully is complaining because he can get it from the Colombians for 11 and is asking Louie to give it to him for that price. In order for Louie to do that she would make zero profit. That’s why she was asking Franklin to get it for 9. So she can pay ten and sell it to Skully for 11. Reed was right.

Or he's just trying to protect her. He knows Reed is a savage. They rest of them still don't comprehend. Which goes back to my point-- yes it's in Franklin's best interest to continue working with Louie and Jerome. But that has nothing to do with him being wrong and Louie being right. They're being unreasonable. And like always, Franklin is the only one capable of seeing the forest for the trees. You really think Louie and Jerome would fare any better if they had to work with a REAL plug and not their nephew they helped raise?
