They jumped off the Hamlet train a long time ago. If they had stuck to it:

a) Jax would have been fukking Opie
b) Opie would eventually kill himself because Jax messed with his head too much
c) The Nords would eventually run Charming
d) Jax would have killed Piney
e) John Teller's writing would actually advise Jax to go hard and avenge him, not to turn his back on the motorcycle game
