MJ Hegar leads the Democratic U.S. Senate candidates, UT/TT Poll finds



Sema Hernandez was endorsed by TYT and Cristina Ramirez was recently endorsed by AOC's new PAC.


Endorsements have also been spread out amongst the candidates. National groups including the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, End Citizens United, and Giffords PAC have endorsed Hegar. Tzintzún Ramirez's backers include Reps. Joaquin Castro (D) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D), 350 Action, the Center for Popular Democracy, the Latino Victory Fund, and the Working Families Party. West's endorsers include four of his state senate colleagues and 16 members of the state house. The Dallas Morning News issued a joint endorsement of both West and Edwards.
