Cosign. The character lasted a lot longer than he was supposed to if we're going by the source material, but man. I almost felt bad for the guy, but he had to put down....there was really no other way around it. Just an all around great character. I'm hoping they up the ante for season 3, but it's going to be a tough act to follow.

u could tell lori was leaning towards shane at the end, it would of been interesting how rick would of reacted after being dumped

Breh, I was at that harlots reaction to the news that Shane had been off'd. She looked at Rick like There were definitely still feelings there, however suppressed they were. I think in the comic the baby turns out to be Shane's, so it's going to interesting to see how they handle it. I'm going to wager she just becomes more and more detached from Rick before eventually being killed off this season. She dies in the comics, but we'll see. I really won't miss her character if they get rid of her, tbh.

I think in the comic the baby turns out to be Shane's, so it's going to interesting to see how they handle it. hopefully the governor turns out to be a bad azz like in the comics, hes the only guy who can replace shane

this show cant keep killing off main characters and still survive for the long term which is my concern

The Governor captures our heroes, repeatedly rapes one of them, cuts off the main character's hand, makes them all fight gladiator style, and – in what will never, ever, ever make it on television no matter what – makes out with a pre-teen girl zombie - his own zombified daughter - that he has chained up in his apartment.

There is no way to know who's baby it is, there is no dna testing now, the problem with the show is they made Rick to soft, in the comic after they got to the prison, Rick checks Lori hard, he becomes Shane times 3 , even before that he was getting there, and again, there is noway the Gov can be done right on AMC, impossible, i would be shocked if they show how insane he really is.
