I found a way to get seriously op. All i'll tell you is it involves a shotgun 
Brehs didn't tell me the "Reckless" talent(increase damage done by x% and also increase incoming damage by x%) you can get on your armor was broken. It applies the increase damage by x%, but it also applies the "increase incoming damage as as a defensive buff instead of a nerf right now. I hope they don't patch this

saw one of your vids and you was hip firing with your shotgun... guessing you got deadly and brutal on your shotgun or something

i now have every full set and i pretty much think tacticians will be labled broken once people see this shyt.. My skill power went up to 95k and i starting think i don't need all these electronics. I can probably go DPS route and STILL have 50k skill power. I have basically unlimited heals or whatever...
