Formal declarations of war are kind of a thing of the past though. I don't recall any big country declaring war since WWII. And the US, Russia, France or the UK had several wars since then.
Seems that countries now talk about "military operations" or similar to bypass the formalities that come with "war" (inluding the declaration itself) and put themselves and the opposite nation(s) in a de facto state of war by invading or bombing them

As opposed to the TLR thread, what's the consensus in here regarding the damage done by Iran?
TLR seems to think that Iran is cooking Israel and have them scrambling. Outside of there, I've been reading that Iran is getting absolutely sauced.

I don't even like Israel but Iran 100% losing this. Israel hitting key military sites with precision. Iran if we're being honest have done fairly minimal damage. And will only get more unbalanced as Israel take out more and more of Iran's launch sites.
So the Western media is pretty biased and are probably downplaying the severity of the damages. But outside media sources that are anti Israel are gassing up the damages too. But videos from Twitter show that Iran has done some significant damage. Also there are reports that the Israelis aren't using their airfields to launch fighters due to the damage. So it's somewhere in the middle. All I know is that it's a countdown until Israel runs outta interceptor missiles compared to the stockpile of Iranian ballistics. That's why they're desperately trying to drag the U.S. into as a shield instead.

Seems Iran is recovering their ability to launch missiles and interceptors are being rationed. If US doesn’t intervene the early triumphialism may age poorly.

Why does Tucker Carlson, Matt Gaetz and MTG get more credit than Bernie Sanders, Sam Seder, Kyle Kulinski and AOC?
People left of center have been anti war way longer than the fascists getting glazed that have all of a sudden found moral courage
People who support or are democrats have been speaking out since day one but get no credit
That should be a question you have for thr democrat leadership that doesn't listen to the four you have listed.
That's not the purpose of Tommy's post, the leadership in the party is NOT anti war and used to be the anti war party that have now gone the other way. schumer hasn't said anyrhing substantial after making fun of Trump not wanting to slaughter Iranians.
