I refuse to believe the US is gonna nuke Iran. Even for this unhinged admin, this is a whole lot of steps too far.

I don't think it's in the plans now. But if Iran continues to function and continues to bomb the Gulf after the US/Isreal begin heavily focusing on power plants, energy sites and civilian infrastructure (which so far everything points to Iran being able to do it), I wouldn't be shocked if we start reading reports or even Trump himself start talking about tactical nukes.

2 completely separate situations.

Trump and Netanyahu illegally started this war because they were under the assumption that all of the behind closed door disdain for Iran would translate into support of the war from the GCC and Europe. The problem for them is Trump's administration is incompetent and Netanyahu is thirsty, so the way they went about it left them on their own.

There is no legitimate, perceived or imaginary justification for either the US or Israel to use a nuclear weapon in Iran. Especially not now with growing war crimes, an obvious quagmire ground invasion scenario, lack of allied support, and what would be permanent damage to the Strait and it's effects on the global economy.

Yeah I think it's propaganda from our side, I believe the theory that the additional forces and C-130 were to establish a landing zone to bring ground forces in. That operation failed.

So then I doubled back around to that tweet from a random MAGA account.
