That midget had dumb azz. I remember her from wshh. And I think shes on that lil women show. Bangin.

If Bmore still has that no drinking in public shyt, that is a disgrace. Is it like that in all of Maryland?

These gun laws in the inner-city are racist too. Blacks need to wake up and hold democrats accountable

The no drinking in public was called no open container when I lived there over 10 years ago. Only a$$hole police enforced it though. The easy fix was "brown bagging it" which meant just putting it in a bag.

I thought most places in the country don’t allow public drinking. That’s what made places like Vegas, French Quarter, and South Beach so remarkable as some of the few places that allowed it. But, yea, no one really enforces it unless you’re being a nuisance. That it’s a “thing” in BMore shows how fukked up them police always been.

I had to google my city. It says no open containers in a vehicle. But just walking sipping a beer? Hell, the beach and sporting events would be open season. I've never seen or heard of cops enforcing this till I seen The Wire and now this.

The only thing I don't like about this is Bernthal portrayal is giving the real guy charisma.

When in the fact, the real guy was probably a full fukken monster.

ETA: You guys talking about overtime, yeah that is why there needs to be police reform but that will never ever happen because :MJplease:
As long as cops mainly do their dirt on black people nothing will change

Every city I've lived in an open alcohol container was never allowed...I grew up in Jersey and was taught to brown bag or conceal

Naw back in the day the folks would fukk with you in Bmore if you had an open container and no bag, same shyt in Philly, it was on some "muthafuka you know better" type shyt.

They overlooked the public consumption if you simply used a bag. If you didn't use a bag it was a blatant "fukk you" and that's what pissed them off.

Got damn... just watched ep. 4. Berthal is on another level.. Lmao. The part where he's showin off his stripes was incredible. He's putting on a great performance

It's a small silly thing, but I like when he was doing the Will Smith "The Champ is Here!" thing from Ali.
