For a split second when Ultron was beating the breaks off the watcher and different universes were appearing. They showed some Dora Milaje and a different T'Challa?

Could just be a random Wakandan. If you look to the left someone else is dressed the same.

But wtf happened in the last episode at the end when the Watcher saw Ultron show up in front of Thor. In that episode he genuinely looked confused and didn't know wtf was going on. Doesn't seem to lineup with the events of this episode because if Ultron is jumping through the multiverse wrecking shyt then the Watcher should have already fought him, lost and went to Supreme Strange for help. But in the Thor episode he was just watching and narrating shyt like everything cool

But wtf happened in the last episode at the end when the Watcher saw Ultron show up in front of Thor. In that episode he genuinely looked confused and didn't know wtf was going on. Doesn't seem to lineup with the events of this episode because if Ultron is jumping through the multiverse wrecking shyt then the Watcher should have already fought him, lost and went to Supreme Strange for help. But in the Thor episode he was just watching and narrating shyt like everything cool

My theory is it's happening all at once and he saw that at the same time or before Ultron actually got to him in his glass crib.

Space, Time, Reality works differently for him.
