Clark in 2025 has been terrible, and she still can't dribble. Shooting horrible from close and distance on top of barely playing. She hasn't improved at all game wise either still relying on that step back.

She has all star numbers. That's all I can say at this point. There's no minimum games requirement that I know of. We're not gonna change anyone's opinion on that for or against. The media and fans voted and so did the players. And people in this thread have their view. It is what it is.

Just pointing out for the final time that the player vote is not gospel. Using it to validate yours or my opinion or whatever narrative doesn't jive where how they've voted in the past.

But like I said about Sabrina. She used to get it just as worse as Clark. Now she's loved. This is known. And yeah not all players used to like Skylar or Candace either.

The Fever have played 16 games and only won 8. Clark has only played in 9 games.

I don't agree with this logic, but it's perfectly reasonable to not vote Clark because she hasn't played in enough games. Plus when she has played there have been mixed results, especially on the road when she's only made 1 three. She's shooting 39 percent from the field; cats have been bashing Angel for the last 15 months for her relatively low FG percentage.

It's the all star game not all wnba. She's gonna be a captain for the next decade at least. You're acting like the players are sitting there looking at ts% for their vote when I've already shown in the past it's just as much of a popularity contest as the other 2 sections.

That's my only point. It's not indicative of an opinion of her being on this team. The media didn't feel that way either. She probably should have not been an all star last year then since she had similar numbers.

In 5 of her 9 games from 3 she's gone:

Even when you glance at the box score her "good" games aren't really that when you look deeper. 19 points, 10 assists on 20 shots with 8 turnovers isn't good. 18 points, 10 assists on 18 shots with 10 turnovers isn't good.

She's averaging 6 turnovers a game for the season.

She's only had 4 good games out of her team's 16. Take away fans votes and she shouldn't be an All Star.

Where do you think she was supposed to place in the player vote and why is it "disgusting" that she was voted 9th when she's having an abysmal start?

This mentality that she should be entitled to everything from All Star appearances, defenders not being allowed to touch her and if they do it should be a flagrant 2, and every player in the league bowing down and kissing her feet just because she has a cult following bringing in ratings is madness.
