Detroit is gonna support their team. Philly is gonna make sure they support because they're using the WNBA team to make sure their new arena is built by the time they arrived. Cleveland is interesting because they had a team before and it didn't last long. It's a different time tho and the Cavs get alot of support.
Alot teams left early in the 2000s because they weren't run well or the 2008 recession fukked them over. Detroit always had support.
Nowadays you should be able to put a team in a major metropolitan area without issue as long as it's run well.

Miami sold out every NBA game this year. I think them and Houston are next up.
Miami would not be a good WNBA market at all. That market isn't big enough to support yet another pro team.
