Clark lead the league in assist per game last season. They played more games so she had the total assist record. Sloot led in in per game in 2023 but AT had the total assist record. It just is what it is when a league grows.

You're right AT is gonna do more passing wise in 39 or so games. She's an MVP candidate. But there's nothing fugazi about leading the league in assist per and then breaking the total assist record in the same season. This season AT just ended up doing more.

Which Clark did last season at like 8.3? She has the total record cause they added more games. Just like AT and Sloot the years before. She was about 20 or so short of Sloot's record pre-added games. I think AT is like 1 short?
