:what: THIS IS THE COACHES FIRST YEAR
AND RHYNE HOWARD IS A GOOD DEFENDER.

In spurts. I’ve been to their games in person, she’s wayyyyy too slow and gets winded quick. She does take up a lot of space and when she’s able to rotate she will fukk a whole offense up. It’s just not a consistent thing.

I understand it’s the coach’s first year, but our offense is too reliant on hitting outside shots and mids. When the offense isn’t hitting shots there weren’t many adjustments, when even simple ones would have made the difference.

Edit: my bad I thought you were talking Griner. I agree Rhyne is good but she gets beat up, randomly hurt, and is also too slow on D at times (probably her knee). I think we could get farther with a better scorer that can offer similar defense, as unrealistic as that may be.

It's one thing to lack aggressiveness. It's another thing to lack it when you are arguably the best player on the team. 15 should be the minimum shot attempts she takes.

Aliyah Boston be on the same shít sometimes, even after all the players on Indiana got injured.
