She isn't a good coach. Liberty literally just out-talent teams, and have done only that since Stewie got there.
It was apparent when they lost to Vegas two years ago, and -barely- beat a much less talented and experienced Lynx squad last year.
They have no actual gameplan, its always been "Our starting five is better than your starting five, what's good?"

I also think that Hamilton and Thornton were huge losses. The top heavy talent on the roster is arguably the best in the league, but those 2 players they lost complimented the stars well
