Even opposite an NFL game, viewership for Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever remained above the million mark Friday night.

ION — the Scripps-owned “netlet” that started carrying WNBA games last season — has now had six games this season average more than a million viewers, all involving Clark and the Fever. Friday’s telecast was the network’s third-most watched, behind coverage featuring Fever-Sky the previous week (1.60M) and coverage featuring Mercury-Fever in July (1.34M).
Later in the night, a fully national Sparks-Sky game averaged 514,000.
Super team my ass. The Fever cant do shyt when CC is off the floor. Girl can barely get any time for rest.
She a rookie and 2nd in the league in minutes per game. They need a legit backup PG and a bench scorer next season.

It's actually a combination of all 3. There are 12 teams in the league so most teams are going to have multiple all stars. This will change with expansion though. And you will start to see more records broken with expansion and more games being played. By the year of 2032 there will probably be around 18 teams in a 50 game season. 1. More regular eason records will be broken
2. more playoff records will be broken because they will also increase the amount of games in a series
3. more single game records will be broken because you will have a more bad teams that must fill the roster spots with girls not able to make the league today.. So you will see a lot of Arike type of gunning on bad teams from decent players

I'm also being told across many social media platforms that Clark has made Mitchell a better player and increased her scoring by a large margin this season. Being that Mitchell was averaging 18 per game last season as an all star and 19 per game this season as an all star, I was quite confused.
