I just checked the score of the Aces vs. Valkyries game. Is that real?

NYL really had Thornton, BLH, Fiebich, and Burke at the wing spot last year on top of their big 3, it's wild that they didn't win the title easier last year

*Sab and Stewie were stinking it up on offense

*The Liberty COLLAPSED in Game 1 after having an 18-point lead in that game. Series could've been over in 3 (though the Lynx choked a 15-point lead in game 3)

*Kennedy Burke wasn't playing as well last season as she has been playing this season.

*The Lynx are an elite team with an all-time great coach. They had the Libs' number all season and weren't going to go down without a fight.

That's the exact reason why I don't feel Aja is the best player...she can't elevate her teammates

Stewie & Phee are products of Geno where they sacrifice individual dominance to uplift the team...their game is like water, if they have to rebound more, they will, if they have to handle the ball, they will...if they have to set screens or seal to get their teammates going, they will...if they have to play off the ball, they don't compain

I just look at the game differently than most & the aces won't reach the mountaintop again unless they get more firepower or Aja is willing to bring the best out of her teammates

LV is the Aja show & it's been to the detriment of everyone else
