AIGHT THE PLAYERS
ARE STARTING TO GET
ON MY NERVES

- Players oppose the core and reserved contract designations
- Players looking to shorten the length of rookie-scale contracts
- Players looking for maternity leave for non-birthing parents

Maternity leave should be automatic. It's incredible they don't already have that.

The pro player crowd in social media have been on my nerves. You can tell alot of them just started watching the W in the last 2 or 3 seasons.

Something else that they are against.

If they implement this, they would need to push the season back. I doubt college players playing in the tournament would want to do the combine that soon

One thing I hate about the WNBA and its low pay is it keeps the good college players from leaving early, since they have no financial incentive to do so.

Oklahoma got a freshman guard that looks like she's gonna be a real good one. She probably won't get to the WNBA til 2029:pachaha:

THATS NOT WHY THEY DONT LEAVE EARLY.

THEY LITERALLY CANT LEAVE EARLY.

YOU HAVE TO BE ATLEAST 22 YEARS OLD
THE YEAR YOU ARE DRAFTED
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE WNBA

:gucci:THE WNBA DOES HAVE MATERNITY LEAVE...

THIS IS FOR NON BIRTHING PARENTS.

GET THIS shyt OUTTA HERE.
HALF OF THE LEAGUE WOULD BE OUT.

The non birthing parent gets paternal leave which is much shorter than maternal.

Still if I owned a team I'd be against it. You're an athlete so if you decide to have a child during the season and you're not the birthing parent you should play.

The league is willing to give the non birthing partner a week off but the union wants multiple weeks off. The players want the NBA has in revenue sharing, and more money but they want to keep the perks that they already have (free housing).
