did you use a Hogan or Benoit? apparently people still getting banned for that

Thing is they said they weren't gonna ban people for that anymore. But someone reuploaded their Hogan CAW to CC and got a 2 week ban. They got it removed but still shows that 2k was lying about it not banning people.
when I'm downloading caws I always report the Hoegan ones

Nah, i dont use them.
i only upload logos and shyt for my caws and none of my shyt breaks any guidelines. it's the same shyt i uploaded in 2k15 so i dont know why it didnt get me banned then
