Bernie doesn't preside over an area. He works in Washington D.C. to push legislation for the benefit of the country. It's actually illegal for him to earmark specific shyt for his own home state.
Italy has have over 12,000 deaths from coronavirus alone in the last three weeks. Normally they would have only had 35,000 deaths TOTAL from all causes in that timeframe, so that's a 35% increase in the death rate. And it's grown in that time - over the last four days alone there were 3400 deaths from coronavirus, increasing the death rate by 50%.
Of course, going by your previous posts on other topics, you're about to claim one of....

I am interested to know how you came up with that though.Because the material poverty suffered by black Americans is one of design, a consequence of systemic oppression that specifically targets us. Of course rich people were making bank before this happened and living the high life, but somehow he thinks they want to trade that it for a depression and an angry population that doesn't trust them.
