I just want to be sold on the merits of PC gaming because I keep hearing how it's beyond anything I've ever experienced on consoles, and with my budget I could build a GOAT pc

I'm not gaming on the Mac, yo, I just sold my 2014 15" MBP for $1215 and got another $1300 with me so I'm wondering if I should just get this Macbook Pro Kaby Lake and keep gaming on the PS4 or if I should forgo the MBP and build one PC for computing as well as gaminghuh??? what are you trying to do?

Nah, this baseline 15" costs $2451 with student discount and tax in LA, and I don't want to cop the 13" underpowered joint. Plus if I make a pc for 1300 I gotta buy the peripherals too

Peripherals are about $50-150 depending how cheap or expensive you want to go and you can fit that in the $1300 budget
